We selected the very best as our prize winners.

Julie’s idea for “Most Photos of Cute Sauconys (taken in one minute)” and Kurtis’ idea for “Most Popcorn Kernels Eaten (in one minute)” may become real world records this weekend, along with many other crazy superlatives, so if you are in SF, come check out the excitement! Prize pack includes a VIP pass for you + a guest (two passes total), two pairs of Saucony Originals Jazz, and the opportunity to set any record you want with Saucony Originals and the Universal Record Database.  In order to win, a record must be quantifiable and breakable.  Entries will also be judged based on wit, creativity and originality by the Universal Record Database guys! Saucony Originals is packing up headbands, knee socks, (of course) sneakers and heading to the West Coast for another crazy fun festival! We’ll be at Treasure Island Music Festival in October and we’re bringing along our buddies from URDB again! We had a blast in Chicago at Pitchfork want to see even crazier records attempted and broken in San Francisco. Below, to get your creative juices flowing, we’ve listed out 24 records in which the holder of the world record at the end of the weekend will receive a pair of Saucony Originals. We’ll also be keeping track of super fun, original and creative records that you come up with to reward with a new pair of kicks.

We had a blast last week at Insound’s 10th Anniversary Party in Brooklyn. People got to bowl for shoes in our strike lane contest while Real Estate, Drums, Suckers, These Are Powers and Cymbals Eat Guitars rocked the (enormous!) Brooklyn Bowl.
