Summer’s official first day is Sunday June 21, but players in the Saucony Originals Summer Office Team League know summer has begun when they find themselves playing games in Central Park that are usually reserved for seven year olds!
The games kick off with everyone’s thankful return of wiffle ball! There were upsets & blow outs (not what you get with a hair dryer & brush) last year which means teams are going into this game with revenge & defense on the brain.
After the game we’re running… jogging, ok sauntering over to Blondies for pitchers & wings. It’s where the real games begin!

We admit that spelling is not one of our strong suits. But when it comes to drinking and bowling we can drink more than anyone.

To wrap up the Winter League, Seattle’s teams will be meeting tonight at Tiki Bob’s Cantina in a triathalon of bar games. We promise no wet t-shirt contests or body shots, but there might be a tricycle race. Right now Frog Design and Seattle Weekly are in the lead, but should Bumbershoot or KEXP come up from behind, there might have to be a sudden death tie breaker. Ooh the suspense!

After some questionable calls, FADER proved to be as awesome as always. Maia, our only hope faded out in the latter rounds as others misspelled in shame earlier on – Laundromant? Rasberry?

Sigh. Despite an appearance by Stella, we just didn’t pull ourselves together. Perhaps, bowling? Perhaps?
