This is the most absurd, bizarre thing I have come across in a long time. No one believes me when I tell them the premise of this sport! Extreme Ironing is seeking the ultimate thrill thru hiking, climbing, free falling, etc. all while getting clean & crisp lines in your shirt.

This is a fairly new sport, estimated as recent as 1997 by the self appointed originator Phil Shaw or Steam. The ‘sport’ already has tons of eccentric & flat out crazy fans who submit their photos & videos to the Extreme Ironing Bureau (great pun, I know!).
